Research Interests:
My research focuses on how we learn sensorimotor maps, that is, how we learn the sensory effects of our actions. For example, when we first learn to speak we have to learn what movement to make to produce a sound “a” or “o”. I am interested how this learning proceeds and what are the neural and neurochemical mechanisms.
